Teddy Chadwick

Attorney - Partner

I graduated from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles cum laude in 2005 and UC Hasting College of the Law in San Francisco in 2009. From there, I helped found CHH Law in the Los Angeles area.

My introduction to immigration practice began over a decade ago while working at CHH Law, when I started assisting those fleeing their home countries by representing them in asylum cases.

In 2014 I moved to Milwaukee, eventually becoming a partner of family immigration and deportation defense at Grzeca Law Group. In 2020, I founded Chadwick and Crouse with my friend and colleague Ben Crouse, and in 2024, we merged with Laura Fernandez to become Fernandez, Chadwick and Crouse.

Over the past decade I have focused my practice on asylum and deportation defense, but also on family-based immigration, humanitarian cases, DACA, and temporary protected status cases. I've spoken frequently on immigration law before the Wisconsin State Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and the Mexican Consulate of Milwaukee.

Aside from my private practice, I have served on the Executive Board of the Wisconsin Chapter of AILA, as the Chair of the AILA National New Members Division Steering Committee, the Vice-Chair of the AILA University Steering Committe, and an Official Consulting Attorney (Abogado Consultor) for the Mexican Consulate of Milwaukee.

Every day my faith helps me remember that I was born to know and serve God, and that the best way to do this is to love and serve my neighbors.
