Ben Crouse

Attorney

I first became interested in Immigration law growing up in Indiana where I studied Spanish and worked alongside immigrants. I attended Indiana University, studying abroad in Madrid, Spain, and graduating with high distinction in 2005. After college I moved to Milwaukee where I graduated from Marquette University Law School cum laude in 2009.

Before I began practicing immigration law in Milwaukee, I volunteered with Catholic Charities Legal Services. I also clerked for the Houston Immigration Court and served as Attorney Advisor of the Chicago Immigration Court.

I have written about immigration law for the Marquette Law Review, Wisconsin Lawyer, and the Immigration Law Advisor, among other publications. I regularly speak at community events and have given dozens of presentations on immigration laws. In 2013 I was honored to be named an “Up and Coming Lawyer” by the Wisconsin Law Journal. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Wisconsin State Bar, and have been admitted to practice in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

I live in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood with my wife and twin daughters, who show me every day how important family is.
